By now you have probably heard of Apple’s latest gadget called the iPad. In the simplest of terms, the iPad is a cross between Apple’s iPhone and Mac computer. The new iPad allows users to browse the web, email, photos and video in one simple touch on a big screen. For all of you designers out there, the official screen resolution is 1024-by-768-pixel resolution at 132 pixels per inch (ppi). The iPad offers a 9.7-inch (diagonal) LED-backlit glossy widescreen Multi-Touch display with IPS technology and support for display of multiple languages and characters simultaneously.
