We didn’t know much about price and availability until today, when we caught wind that the company have announced that the 11.6″ ultraportable starts selling .
As expected the new Lenovo IdeaPad U150 has a base model that features an 11.6-inch LED-backlit glossy display (1366 x 768 pixels), a dual-core Pentium SU4100 (1.3GHz) CULV processor, 3GB of RAM, a 250GB hard drive and Wi-Fi connectivity (802.11 b/g). It runs Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit OS, features Intel’s GMAX4500 graphics and a 6-cell battery, all these packed in a 3 pound and 0.75-inch thick casing that starts selling from $699.
As for the more advanced model, it runs on a 1.3 GHz Core 2 Duo (dual-core) SU7300 processor, has 4GB of RAM, 320GB of storage and N Wi-Fi, all for a starting price of $849.
