Here I would like to introduce Acer’s new 10.1-inch Aspire One D260 netbook which has dual-boot capability with Android and Windows, likely XP. An update to the Aspire One D250. At the same time, Acer revealed a netbook running on Chrome OS is also due in the summer of this year.

The netbook is powered by an Intel Atom CPU, 2GB of RAM, a 160GB of HDD. Aspire One D260 features a 0.3-megapixel webcam, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, a card reader and include 3G broadband support.

Wortmann AG appears in market with its new AMD-based Terra Mobile 1745 laptop. Tha 17-inch (1440 x 900 display) Terra Mobile 1745 is powered by an  AMD Athlon 64 TF-20 1.6GHz processor, a 2GB of RAM, an integrated ATI Radeon X1200 graphics, a 250GB HDD. The laptops also features a 1.3MP webcam, Bluetooth (optional), WiFi, a 7-in-1 card reader, a DVD writer, an ExpressCard slot, a 6-cell battery pack.

Lenovo outed 3 new Multitouch LCDs: L2261 Wide, L2361p Wide & L2561x Wide displays. Both L2261 Wide and L2361p Wide have 21.5- and 23-inches displays but the Lenovo L2461x Wide is 23.6-inches in size and offers a multitouch-capable touchscreen layer. All 3 models support Full HD 1080p.

The Lenovo L2261 Wide supports 250cd/m2 brightness and a 1,000:1 contrast ratio, along with an anti-glare screen coating, has an integrated PSU and comes equipped with such  includes as VGA and HDCP-compliant DVI-D but there is no  HDMI. While the Lenovo L2351p Wide gains an HDMI input too. Gigabyte released a new 10.1-inch (1,366 x 768) touchscreen tablet PC which offers a choice of the N450 or N470 Intel Atom processors.

Two versions of the T1000 will be offered, the T1000X with a 4-cell, 4,500mAh battery and the T1000P with a 6-cell, 7,650mAh battery.  Both netbooks will have 1GB of RAM, a 250GB HDD and Intel GMA 3150 graphics, along with WiFi b/g/n, 10/100 ethernet and Bluetooth 2.1+EDR.

Ports include two USB 2.0, an eSATA/USB combo, audio in/out, VGA, ExpressCard and a multiformat memory card reader; there’s also a 1.3-megapixel webcam, microphone and 1.5W stereo speakers.

The M780 convertible tablet computer was introduced and will be available at $1,799. The tablet is powered by an Intel Core i7-620M 2.66GHz processor, up to 8GB of DDR3 RAM, a 7200RPM 320GB HDD.

The 12.1-inch machine is equipped with  a 1200 x 800 TruBright LED backlit, a HDMI out, 2X USB ports, microphone, webcam, Bluetooth 2.1, Wi-Fi, a Ultra SlimBay DVD-SuperMulti drive (+/-R double layer) and runs on Windows 7 Pro OS.

ASUS has just announced their newest multi-touch tablet PC called the Eee PC T101MT. Aimed specifically at students and professionals, the tablet boasts a 10.1-inch 1024 x 600 LED backlight/resistive multi-touch panel, an Intel Atom N450 processor, up to 2GB RAM, a 320GB hard drive, a 0.3MP webcam, WiFi, Bluetooth, 3x USB ports, a 6.5-hour battery and Windows 7 OS. Pricing and availability are still unknown at the moment.

Toshiba introduces us its 16-inch Satellite A500-ST6647 widescreen laptop. The laptop is powered by a 1.6GHz Intel Core i7-720QM processor, a NVIDIA GeForce 310M 512MB graphics, up to 4GB DDR3 RAM, 320GB HDD (7200 rpm). Toshiba Satellite A500-ST6647 features a 6-cell battery pack, LED-backlit keyboard, a DVD SuperMulti drive, HDMI port, 802.11n wireless, an integrated webcam and runs on 64 bit Windows 7 Home Premium OS.
